  1. What is the purpose of bus rental service?
    There are different kind of use for our bus rental service such as company training or seminar transportation, school event or picnic, wedding, ski, golf, airport pick-up, graduate trip, family trip, etc.


  2. What type of bus can be provided?
    We have five 13-seat minibus, three 24-seat microbus and two 53-seat bus for rental service.


  3. How to make reservation?
    Please contact us by telephone, fax, e-mail or fill-in the enquiry form in our website. Our staff will contact you after receiving your enquiry.


  4. Can I choose a specific location to get on/off the bus?
    As some of the location do not allow bus parking, or parking fee will be charged, please feel free to discuss with us for the locations.


  5. What is the flow from reservation to departure?
    After we have received your confirmation to reserve the bus, we will send out the invoice which showing the details of the booking. Then, 2-5 days before the trip, we will contact you to have the final confirmation of the trip.


  6. Is quotation of bus rental service free of charge? How about trip planning serivce?
    The quotation of bus rental service is free of charge.
    For trip planning service, such as hotel or ticket reservation, handling fee will be charged and we will inform customer about the details before the booking.


  7. How much is the bus?
    The bus fee is calculated according to the bus type, distance of the trip and the time spent. Besides, the toll fee, parking fee and driver's accommodation fee may be charged according to different itinerary. Just send us the itinerary and we will quote you the price.


  8. What is the payment method?
    Please settle the payment by bank transfer or cash in person.


  9. Any tour guide or translator available?
    It is available with separated quote. Please let us know your requirement.


  10. Is there any cancellation fee?
    Cancellation fee will be applied and please refer to the invoice or the cancellation policy in our website.


  11. Any passenger insurance?
    We have full package of passenger insurance for every single passenger. Please note that the insurance is valid during the transportation period and extra travel insurance is recommended for your whole trip in Japan.


  12. Any receipt after payment?
    Please mention before the trip and we will prepare it for you.
