TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. About reservation
    Reservation can be taken by telephone, fax or e-mail. For verbal (telephone) reservation, we will send out the invoice by e-mail to confirm the details. The cancellation policy will be applied on the reservation after invoice issued.


  2. Tour cost
    Tour cost include all the cost we spend to handle the tour, e.g. hotel accommodation fee, ticket fee, etc. Some of the cost not mentioned on the invoice will be paid by customer.
    In case there are change in room rate or details of the tour, and the tour cost is different from the invoice, customer may need to take the cost for those changes.


  3. Payment
    Please settle the payment (deposit/full payment) according to the deadline mentioned on the invoice. If there is no payment received before the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled. For payment settlement through bank, all the handling fee will be taken by customer side.
    We only accept payment settled before the trip or on the 1st day of the trip in person. If there is special request about the payment settlement, please contact us in advance for discussion.


  4. About cancellation
    If the trip is cancelled or changed according to customer's personal reason, cancellation fee will be charged. For any changes, please contact us as early as possible so that we can have enough time to arrange for the updated plan.
